1. Sri S.N. Tripathi, learned counsel for applicants and learned A.G.A. for State.
2. This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed praying for quashing of order dated 11.05.2005 passed by Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gorakhpur in Misc. Case No. 230 of 2005 whereby it has rejected final report submitted by Investigating Officer.
3. Despite repeated query, learned counsel appearing for applicants could not point out anything to show that impugned order is perverse or contrary to material on record. I, therefore, do not find any manifest error illegality, procedural or otherwise, so as to justify interference in this application.
4. Dismissed. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
