1. This application has been filed by the applicants (original petitioners) with a prayer to fix an early date of final hearing for Special Civil Application No.3340/2010.
2. Heard Mr.Viral Vyas, learned advocate for Mr.Ashish M. Dagli, learned advocate for the applicants, Ms.K.J.Brahmbhatt, learned advocate for respondent No.1 and Ms.Nisha M. Thakore, learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondent No.2 and perused the averments made in the application.
