Since alternative remedy of appeal is provided against the order passed by the Debts Recovery Tribunal, present petition is not entertained. The petitioner is relegated to avail alternative remedy, i.e. to approach before the appellate tribunal where the grievance against the order in question can be raised and redressed by the appropriate order of the appellate tribunal.

The petition is not entertained and stands disposed of accordingly.
