Sri R.N. Trivedi, learned Senior Advocate says that draft counter affidavit is prepared but it requires to be settled, therefore, some short time be granted to file counter affidavit.
Sri C.B. Pandey, counsel for the petitioner says that sufficient time has already been granted to the counsel but they have not filed the counter affidavit and, therefore, a short date be fixed. On the request so made, we grant further two weeks time to file counter affidavit.
We expect that no further time would be asked for, for the purpose. Petitioner may file rejoinder affidavit within one week after the filing of the counter affidavit, copy of which shall be served upon the counsel for the petitioner on or before the expiry of two weeks.
