Bearing in mind the fact that the order sheet indicates that the concerned Civil Judge has already placed the matter for recordal of evidence, ex facie no cause arises for this Court framing any separate peremptory directions except to observe that the Trial Court shall endeavour to conclude the proceedings with expedition.
