1. Heard learned counsel for petitioner appearing on behalf of the U.P. Power Corporation.
2. The petitioner prays for a Mandamus to be issued to the respondents to release his arrears of salary w.e.f. January, 2006 to 31.01.2009 and other benefits consequent to his retirement as Junior Engineer from Electricity Distribution Division, Mirzapur w.e.f. 31.01.2009.
3. The petitioner has prayed also for a direction to the respondents to decide his representation dated 16.05.2018/17.05.2018 within stipulated period of time.
4. Consequently, without entering into the merits of the controversy, this writ petition is disposed off with a direction to the Executive Engineer, Electricity Distribution Division Chunar, District Mirzapur to look into the grievance of the petitioner as raised in his representation and pass appropriate, reasoned and speaking order thereon within a period of three months from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before him.
