JUDGMENT / ORDER

Hon'ble Surendra Vikram Singh Rathore,J.
Heard learned counsel for petitioners.
Petitioners have sought writ of certiorari for quashing the first information report dated 2.12.2011 in case crime no. 1165 of 2011, under Sections 308, 504, 506 I.P.C, Police Station Unchahar, District Raebareli.
Having gone through the aforesaid first information report, it cannot be said that prima facie no offence under the aforesaid provisions of I.P.C. is made out. No interference is called for.
Dismissed.
