Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
Present petition has been filed with a prayer that the Ist Additional Judge Small Causes Court/Prescribed Authority, Kanpur Nagar be directed to decide Rent Case No. 38 of 2017 (Smt. Kamlesh Kumari Rathour Vs. Smt. Bhoori) within stipulated period.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is finally disposed of with the direction to the Ist Additional Judge Small Causes Court/Prescribed Authority, Kanpur Nagar to expedite the hearing of the aforesaid case and decide the same, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a period of nine months from the date of production of certified copy of this order without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, provided there is no other legal impediment.
