By means of this writ petition the petitioners have come to this Court challenging the order of transfer by which the petitioners have been transferred from Kanpur Nagar to Hamirpur.
The petitioners hold the post of Driver which is also a transferable post.
That being the case no interference is called for. However, in case of any personal hardship it is always open for the employee to approach the higher authority.
In case the petitioners make a representation to respondent no. 2 the same shall be considered and decided in accordance with law within a period of one month from the date a certified copy of this order along representation is presented before it. For a period of one month the operation of the order dated 13.2.2018, so far as it relates to petitioners no. 1 and 2, shall be kept in abeyance.
With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition is disposed of.
