2. Against order dated 10.10.2018 passed by Secretary, Regional Transport Authority, Mirzapur, petitioner has an alternative remedy of filing an appeal under Section 89 of Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 before State Road Transport Authority.
3. In view thereof, this petition is dismissed on the ground of alternative remedy.
