The present writ petition has been filed against the orders passed in proceedings arising out of case registered under Section 34 of the Uttar Pradesh Land Revenue Act, 1901.
The proceedings are for mutation in the revenue records and do not decide the title of the parties.
Any party aggrieved by the order of the revenue authorities in mutation proceedings has the liberty to institute appropriate proceedings for declaration of his rights.
In view of the aforesaid, it is not a fit case for interference by this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. The writ petition is dismissed.
