The prayer made in the instant petition is for issuing direction to the trial court to decide the application for temporary injunction pending in Original Suit No. 187 of 2018 expeditiously.
It seems that the defendants have yet not entered appearance in the proceedings.
Consequently, the instant petition is disposed of by providing that as soon as service upon defendants is held sufficient, the trial court shall proceed to decide the application for temporary injunction expeditiously, by short dates and without granting unnecessary adjournments.
