Heard learned counsel for the revisionist and learned A.G.A. for the State.
This criminal revision has been preferred against the judgment and order dated 30.09.2019 passed by learned Special Judge (Dacoity Affected Area)/Additional Sessns Judge, Banda in Criminal Case No146/XII/2018 filed under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C. against opposite party nos.2 to 4, whereby the application dated 14.08.2018 under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C., moved by the revisionist, has been rejected.
Learned counsel for the revisionist contends that a bare perusal of the application under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C. would demonstrate the commission of cognizable offence, thus the order impugned is bad in law.
After hearing the learned counsel for the parties and perusing the order impugned as well as averments contained in the present revision, I do not find any illegality or infirmity in the order impugned herein. The revision is, accordingly, dismissed.
