The sole prayer of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that the Mutation Application dated 23.2.2018 (annexed at page 20 to the writ petition) which is pending before the court of the Sub Divisional Officer, Marhiyahoon, District- Jaunpur, be expeditiously decided within a stipulated period of time.
It is, therefore, directed that the Sub Divisional Officer, Marhiyahoon, District- Jaunpur, shall decide the Mutation Application dated 23.2.2018 within a period of three months in accordance with law from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, provided there is no other legal impediment.
The writ petition is disposed of.
