Court No. - 29
Case :- SPECIAL APPEAL No. - 233 of 2019 Appellant :- Kamlesh Bahadur Singh Respondent :- The State Of U.P. And 3 Others Counsel for Appellant :- Sudhir Singh Chauhan,Gurudeen Vishwakarma Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C.
Hon'ble Pankaj Mithal,J. Hon'ble Saumitra Dayal Singh,J.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner-appellant.
The writ petition of the petitioner-appellant challenging the order dated 15.10.2018 has been dismissed.
The petitioner had worked as a seasonal Collection Peon. He sought regular appointment as Collection Peon but his claim was rejected by order dated 15.10.2018. The learned Single Judge in dismissing the writ petition has held that the petitioner-appellant was lastly engaged as a seasonal Collection Peon in the year 1998 and therefore his claim for regular appointment/absorption in June, 2003 had rightly been rejected as he was not working at that relevant point of time.
We find no error or illegality in the order dismissing the writ petition. The present special appeal lacks merit and is accordingly dismissed.
