This note for speaking to minutes has been filed Mr.Tattvam K.Patel, learned advocate for the appellants, for correcting the order dated 21-6-2012 passed in Appeal From Order No.112 of 2012. It is stated that although Mr.Mihir Joshi, Sr.Advocate has never appeared for Mr.Tattvam K.Patel for respondent Nos.1 to 5, his name has been inadvertently mentioned and name of Miss Trusha Patel for respondent No.8 has been left out from the place of appearance and hence, it is requested that appearance be corrected to that extent.
Under the circumstances, name of "Mr.Mihir Joshi, Sr.Adv." as shown as appearing for Mr.Tattvam K.Patel for respondent Nos.1 to 5 be deleted and name of only Mr.Tattvam K.Patel be shown as the learned advocate appearing for the respondent Nos.1 to 5. Similarly name of Miss Trusha Patel may be shown as the advocate appearing for the respondent No.8 and appearance column of the order dated 21-6-2012 passed in Appeal From Order No.112 of 2012 be correct to that extent. Office to issue a fresh writ accordingly.
