Mr.Mayur S. Barot, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner in Special Civil Application No.8991 of 2003 submits that unfortunately, there is a lapse on their part in filing the second set, as ordered. He seeks time upto 02.07.2012.
However, it is required to be noted at this stage that the Office has not taken care of the earlier order, wherein, it was specifically ordered to place the matter before the Division Bench, nor the Office has made any submission. As the matter is placed before the Single Judge only for the compliance of the second set, despite there being request of the learned advocate, it is hereby ordered that the Office should put up an explanation, bearing in mind that earlier order passed for placing the matter before the Division Bench and seeking explanation of the concerned for not complying with the order. Such explanation is to be placed and the Office is expected to do the needful to place the matter before the Division Bench.
