1. On 10.01.2012, this Court has passed the following order:
"Mr.Chudasama, learned advocate for the appellant seeks permission to delete respondent No.1 - driver. Permission, as prayed for, is granted.
Appeal is ready and be listed for final hearing on 24th January, 2012.
In the meantime, learned advocate for the appellant shall supply the paper book."
2. It appears that no paper book is supplied. Today, learned advocate, Mr.Chudasama has filed sick note. Hence, S.O. to 31.1.2012.
3. However, it is made clear that if paper book is not supplied by 30.1.2012, the appeal deemed to have been dismissed.
