The petitioners is aggrieved by the fact that the application which he had filed for demarcation of Plot No.1217, was not being decided. He, therefore, prays that a direction may be issued to decide the application expeditiously.
Under such circumstances, a direction is being issued to the Sub-Divisional Magistrate Bansdih, District Ballia that he may first give a number to the application and thereafter proceed to decide the same within a period of three months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
