The writ petition arising out of proceedings under section 122-B of the U.P Zamindari Abolition & Land Reforms Act wherein the petitioner has been ordered to be evicted.
The revisional Court while dismissing the revision has stated that there is an allotment in favour of the petitioner of the land in dispute but the revision has been dismissed.
This in my considered view, was not possible. In case the petitioner is an allottee of the land in question, there is no question of his eviction in proceedings under section 122-B.
Learned standing counsel states that he may be permitted to obtain instructions in the matter.
Accordingly, put up this matter as fresh on 25th of April 2016 by which time the instructions may necessarily be available.
It is further provided that till date no steps for evicting the petitioner from land in dispute shall be taken.
