The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that the recall application filed by him for getting the order dated 25.01.2003 recalled, has not been decided despite the fact that the application was filed way back in the year 2014. It is therefore, prayed that the Restoration application dated 30.09.2014 filed in case no. 263 for the recalling of the order dated 25.01.2003 be decided within a specified period of time.
Under such circumstances it is, therefore, directed that the Restoration application dated 30.09.2014 filed in case no. 263 for the recalling of the order dated 25.01.2003 may be decided expeditiously within a period of one month from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
The writ petition is disposed of.
