Petitioner has filed this writ petition challenging an interim order granted by the respondent no.2 on a restoration application filed by respondents.
It appears that in proceedings under Section 24 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, an order for demarcation was passed on the application of the petitioner.
Against this order, a restoration application was filed by the respondents, whereupon, the order of demarcation dated 28.12.2018 has been stayed., after entertaining the restoration application.
In my considered opinion, there is no reason to interfere with the impugned order.
The writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent no.2 to dispose of the restoration application, filed by the respondent, expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months from the date a certified copy of this order is filed before him.
