JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard on the impleadment application.
The ground mentioned in the affidavit filed along with the application appears to be sufficient. Therefore, the impleadment application is allowed . Leave to amend the writ petition is granted. The petitioner is permitted to implead Sri Surendra Kumar Srivastava Sub Divisional Officer, Jalalpur, district Ambedkar Nagar as opposite party. Steps be taken within a week. Notices be issued to the newly impleaded opposite party returnable at an early date.
