Hon'ble Devendra Kumar Upadhyaya,J.
Learned counsel for the petitioner at the outset submits that he does not want to press prayer No. (iv). According, writ petition is dismissed so far as prayer No. (iv) is concerned.
Learned counsel for respondents 1, 2 and 3 is to file counter affidavit within ten days. A week thereafter shall be allowed to the learned counsel for the petitioner to file rejoinder affidavit.
List after expiry of the aforesaid period.
