Following orders were passed in the matter on 11.7.2019:-
"Grievance is that petitioner has not been given 15 marks for which she was entitled in view of Clause 11(b) of the Advertisement.
Sri M.N. Singh, learned counsel for the respondent, may obtain instructions.
Post as fresh on 18.7.2019."
Sri M. N. Singh, learned counsel appearing for the respondents has obtained instructions and a short counter affidavit has been filed detailing relevant facts in respect of the grievance raised by the petitioner. It is asserted in para 4 of the affidavit that petitioner has already been given 15 marks for her experience and even thereafter she has not qualified.
In view of the stand taken by the respondents that petitioner has not scored marks above the cut-off, no exception can be taken if she has not been selected.
Writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
