This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the prayer that suitable direction may be issued to the authority concerned for ensuring fair investigation pursuant to the F.I.R., dated 29.06.2018 lodged in Case Crime No. 0134 of 2018, under Sections 409, 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B I.P. C. at Police Station Colonelganj, District Allahabad.
It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the First Information Report has been lodged on 29.06.2018 by the petitioner against the respondent nos. 4 to 8 against which, the accused-respondents had approached this Court and another Bench of this Court has granted indulgence protecting their interest vide order dated 12.07.2018. It is further submitted that more than five months have lapsed but till date the investigation has not been concluded and the accused-respondents, who are roaming freely threatening the petitioner and witnesses for dire consequences.
From the perusal of the record it is revealed that the petitioner is the first informant of the aforementioned case. In case the petitioner is having any grievance with regard to the investigation of the abovementioned case, the same may be raised before the Superintendent of Police, Allahabad who shall look into the matter so that fair and expeditious investigation of the abovementioned case be ensured and the same be completed preferably within three months from the date of receiving certified copy of this order.
With the aforesaid directions, this writ petition is disposed of finally.
