The only issue raised in this writ petition is for the completion of the service book of the petitioner from 1993 upto 2010.
Learned Standing Counsel on instructions states that the entries for the period during which the petitioner remained in a work charge establishment cannot form part of the service book. The period during which the petitioner worked as a muster roll employee in a worked charge establishment is disclosed to be 1 July 1989 to 28 February 2011.
In view thereof no further cause arises for continuing the writ petition, which shall stand disposed of.
