This petition has been filed for a direction upon the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority to pay 64.70% additional compensation to the petitioner in terms of the Government Orders issued from time to time.
Sri Suresh Singh, learned counsel appearing for the respondent- Authority states that the representation dated 4 January 2018 filed by the petitioner before the Chief Executive Officer of the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority shall be decided at an early date.
This petition is, accordingly, disposed of with a direction to the Chief Executive Officer of the Yamuma Expressway Industrial Development Authority to take a decision on the representation dated 4 January 2018 filed by the petitioner expeditiously and preferably within a period of two months from the date a certified copy of the order is filed by the petitioner.
It is made clear that the Court has not adjudicated on the merits of the claim of the petitioner, which shall shall be examined by the Chief Executive Officer of the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority in accordance with law.
