1. Heard learned advocate Mr. Joshi appearing for the applicants.
2. The applicants have taken out present application seeking early final hearing of the petition in priority over other pending petitions.
3. The petition has been filed in 2009 and came to be admitted vide order dated 03/05/2009. Many petitions which are old and senior than present one are pending for final hearing and many of them are related to the issues raised by senior citizens, terminated employees, pensioners etc. The applicants in the main petition, have raised grievance that they have not been considered for the post reserved for Scheduled Tribe category candidates. If the request of the applicants is accepted at this stage it would amount to granting out of turn and preferential hearing to the applicants. However, in view of the fact that vide order dated 03/05/2010 the Court has directed that petition being Special Civil Application No.12770 of 2009 wherein present application is preferred, should be heard along with Special Civil Application No.13454 of 2009 and since the Court has made the process of rule returnable, in said Special Civil Application No.13454 of 2009 in January, 2010, the office is directed to place present petition in due course asper it seniority in the cause list for final hearing along with Special Civil Application No.13454 of 2009.
4. With the aforesaid observations, the application stands disposed of.
