Heard learned counsel for the parties.
The primary prayer made in the writ petition, reads thus:
"i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 13.05.2017 (contained in Annexure no. 1 to this writ petition) lodged by respondent no. 4 in Case Crime no. 150 of 2017 under section 363, 366 I.P.C. Police Station Sahawar, District kanshi Ram Nagar (Kasganj). "
Mr. Murtaza, learned AGA, on instructions, submits that the investigating agency has filed a closure/final report under Section 173 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 bearing no. 85 of 2017 dated 16.07.2017, and in view thereof, this petition renders infructuous.
The petition is, accordingly, disposed of as infructuous.
