JUDGMENT / ORDER

1. Mr.
Hardik Gupta, learned advocate appears for the petitioner and states that the respondents have been served. In this group of matters, learned counsel Mr. Y.C. Contractor makes a statement that he has instructions to appear in the matters for and on behalf of respondent Nos.2 to 4. However, no affidavit in reply is filed. Mr. Y.C. Contractor submitted that respondent Nos.2 to 4 have received the copies of the petitions, except in two writ petitions being Special Civil Application Nos.1733 and 1734 of 2012 and Mr. Gupta, learned advocate for the petitioner assures this Court that full set of paper book of both the writ petitions shall be served upon Mr. Y.C. Contractor today.
2. In this group of matters, if no affidavit in reply is filed by 5.3.2012, respondent No.2 shall remain personally present before this Court.
3. Registry is directed to serve a copy of this order upon learned counsel Mr. Y.C. Contractor who has orally submitted that he has instructions to appear for respondent Nos.2 to 4. Over and above this, the Registry is also directed to send a copy of this order to respondent No.2 on Fax number as stated at Annexure-B to the petitions forthwith.
