Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the record.
In view of the order proposed to be passed, notices need not issue to the respondent.
The petitioner is before this Court for a direction to the Additional Principal Judge Family Court Room No.-1, Varanasi to decide the Case No. 647 of 2015 (Kameshwar Vs. Shanti) Under Section 13(1) Hindu Marriage Act within stipulated period.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue, the present petition stands disposed of finally with a direction to the Additional Principal Judge Family Court Room No.1, Varanasi to consider and decide the aforesaid case in accordance with law expeditiously and preferably within a period of one year from the date of production of self attested computer generated copy of this order downloaded from the official website of High Court Allahabad but certainly after giving opportunity to the parties concerned and without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties, if there is no legal impediment.
