Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the matter has been settled and he has filed I.A.No.452/2014 for recording the settlement in terms of Annexure A1 agreement. It is submitted that the CRP may be closed recording the settlement as per Annexure A1 agreement. Settlement as per Annexure A1 is recorded and this CRP is closed in terms of the settlement.
