JUDGMENT / ORDER

The interim order passed on 23.02.2012, when the writ petition was filed, has not been complied with. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent Bank submits that, the loan has not been satisfied and the same is still pending. 2. If the petitioners make an application within one week of receipt of a certified copy of this judgment, petitioners shall be granted six monthly instalments. After quantifying the dues as on 30.11.2014, a statement of accounts shall be issued by the Bank, in accordance with which the instalments shall be paid. The 1st instalment shall be paid on or before 11.12.2014 and thereafter; the due date of instalments falling on the 11th of each succeeding month. If one default is committed, then the recovery proceedings shall revive and continue. On the satisfaction of the dues as per the statement, the WP(C).4462/12 2 Bank shall give a statement of the future interest from 30.11.2014 and the same shall be settled as the 7th instalment.
The writ petition stands disposed of, leaving the parties to suffer their respective costs.
