The learned counsel for the petitioner is also unable to say what is the infraction of the legal provision. Therefore, we cannot proceed further in the matter.
The writ petition is accordingly dismissed. It would be open for the writ petitioner to initiate fresh action citing legal provision. There will be no order as to costs.
Consequently, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed.
