Heard Mr. P.K. Singh, learned counsel for the applicants and the learned AGA for the State.
At the very outset, learned counsel for the applicants submits that the laches in filing the present application have not been sufficiently explained in paragraphs 8 and 9 of the affidavit.
He, therefore, submits that he be permitted to withdraw the present application with liberty to file fresh.
In the interest of justice, prayer made for is allowed.
The present application is dismissed as not pressed with the aforesaid liberty.
Certified copy of the impugned order be returned to the learned counsel for the applicants after obtaining a photostat copy of the same to be kept on record.
