From the perusal of the order dated 08.08.2005 passed by Additional Session Judge, Court No. 3, Pilibhit in Criminal Revision No. 57 of 2005 whereby Court below set aside the order dated 07.01.2005 in Case No. 110 of 2005, under Sections 147, 452, 307, 323, 504, 506 I.P.C., I found no illegality in the order.
Therefore, the revision lacks merit and is accordingly dismissed.
Interim order, if any, is vacated.
Joint Registrar (Compliance) is directed to transmit the copy of this order to Court concerned for intimation and necessary compliance.
