Cri. Misc. Time Extension Application No. 2 of 2019 Heard learned counsel for the parties.
It is contended by the learned counsel for the applicants that this is the first time extension application moved on behalf of the applicants for grant of extension of time. The counsel for the applicant contended that on 25.05.2019 the petitioners was going with motor bick and met with an accident and undergoing medical treatment at Government District Hospital, Muzaffar Nagar.
The time extension application is allowed, as prayed.
One month further time from today is granted to the applicants to appear and surrender before the court below pursuant to the earlier order of this Court dated 09.04.20198. It is made clear that in case, the applicants do not appear and surrender within the aforesaid extended time, no further time shall be granted to the applicants.
