1. Heard Sri Siddharth Baghel, Advocate holding brief of Sri Anoop Trivedi, learned counsel for applicant and perused the record.
2. The present bail application has been moved by accused- applicant for enlarging him on bail in Case Crime No. 495 of 2013, under Sections 302, 504, 506, 34 IPC, Police Station Khutar, District Shahjahanpur.
3. Applicant has been named in first information report and has been assigned specific role. FIR version has been supported by statement recorded under Section 161 Cr.P.C. and post mortem report also supports FIR version, i.e., cause of death by firearm. Looking to entire facts and circumstances, I do not find it a fit case for grant of bail.
4. Application is accordingly dismissed.
