JUDGMENT / ORDER

The application for deputing an Advocate Commissioner has been dismissed eventually on the ground that the plaintiffs have not co-operated. The plaintiffs contend that they will take earnest steps to obtain the services of the Taluk Surveyor and render all possible co-operation. I am inclined to afford one more opportunity to the plaintiffs since the report of the Advocate Commissioner is essential.
2. Ext.P5 order is set aside and I.A. No. 499/2012 in O.S. No. 167/2010 on the file of the court of the Principal Munsiff of Cherthala is allowed. The plaintiffs are directed to co-operate with the Advocate Commissioner in order to enable him to execute the warrant expeditiously. The court below will also take steps to dispose of the suit within a period of six months from the date of production of a copy of this judgment.
The Original Petition is disposed of.
