O R D E R Plaintiff in O.S.No.1036 of 2008 on the file of XXXIX Additional City Civil and Sessions Judge, Bengaluru, has come up in these writ petitions impugning the order dated 20.01.2015 passed on the interlocutory applications.
2. When this matter is taken up for consideration this day, the stage of the original proceedings in O.S.No.1036 of 2008 is looked into the website of City Civil Court, Bengaluru. It is seen that O.S.No.1036 of 2008 has already been disposed of vide judgment dated 14.12.2016. Therefore, nothing survives for consideration in these writ petitions as the same have become infructuous. Accordingly, these writ petitions are dismissed as having become infructuous.
