The C.R.P was argued at length on more than one occasion. Ultimately, learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission to withdraw the C.R.P.
Permission is accorded and the C.R.P is dismissed as withdrawn. The executing Court is however directed to ensure that the E.P is disposed of on merits, maximum by ten days and it shall not entertain any claims, which have already been rejected, in one form or the other. Failure to dispose of the E.P shall be taken serious note of.
The miscellaneous petitions filed in this revision shall also stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
