JUDGMENT / ORDER

IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT HYDERABAD FOR THE STATE OF TELANGANA & THE STATE OF ANDHRA PRADESH (Special Original Jurisdiction) TUESDAY, THE SECOND DAY OF SEPTEMBER TWO THOUSAND AND FOURTEEN PRESENT THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE VILAS V. AFZULPURKAR WRIT PETITION No. 25568 of 2014 BETWEEN Kamalamma AND ... PETITIONER The Joint Collector & Additional District Magistrate, Anantaurm Anantapur District and others ...RESPONDENTS The Court made the following:
ORDER:
Order impugned passed by the Joint Collector sets aside the tree patta granted to respondent No.4. The said respondent has apparently no grievance as he has not questioned the said order. Petitioner, who had filed an implead application, claims right over three tamarind trees in the capacity as a wife of Gadige Kariyappa. However, except doubting her status, no adverse order was passed against the petitioner nor there was any order in favour of respondent No.4. Hence, the petitioner cannot be aggrieved by the cancellation of patta against respondent No.4 under the impugned order.
In view of that, I am unable to see the locus standi of the petitioner to question the impugned order of the Joint Collector on the ground of jurisdiction as she is not affected by the said order with respect to the patta allegedly claimed by the petitioner.
Hence, the writ petition is dismissed. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
