THIS APPEAL COMING ON FOR DICTATING JUDGMENT THIS DAY, THE COURT DELIVERED THE FOLLOWING:
JUDGMENT The learned counsel for the parties after arguing the matter for some time submit that they would file a joint memo in the office and the appeal may be disposed of in terms thereof.
A week’s time is granted to file the joint memo. The regular first appeal is disposed of in terms of the joint memo to be filed in the office. The impugned judgment and decree of both the courts below shall stand modified in terms of the joint memo.
