J U D G M E N T The learned counsel appearing for the appellants submits that the suit in O.S.No.83 of 2010 on the file of the Principal District Judge, Namakkal, has been dismissed by the lower Court, and therefore, nothing survives in this appeal. Accordingly, the learned counsel appearing for the appellants seek the permission of this Court to withdraw this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal. She has also made an endorsement to that effect.
2. In view of the submissions and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the appellants, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
