JUDGMENT / ORDER

Learned counsel for the appellants seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Second Appeal, however, he sought for liberty to challenge the order passed in I.A.No.15 of 2017 dated 08.08.2017. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
2.In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the endorsement so made, the Second Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the appellants to challenge the said I.A in the manner known to law.
2.It is stated by the learned counsel for the appellants that he has filed C.M.P.No.5308 of 2018 for reception of certain original documents. The Registry is directed to return the original documents to the learned counsel for the appellants after getting necessary endorsement in the case bundle. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
