Premnath Government Advocate ORDER The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 4 to survey the Punja land in S.No.17/2A1 of Mummudy Village, Attur Taluk, Salem District and issue separate patta in her name, by considering the representation dated 01.12.2016.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that in spite of the petitioner's representation dated 01.12.2016, the respondents have not surveyed the land and issued separate patta to her.
3. Mr.Era. Premnath, learned Government Advocate, taking notice for the respondents submitted that the 4th respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 01.12.2016 for surveying and issuing separate patta in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the interested parties.
4. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the 4th respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 01.12.2016, on payment of necessary charges, for surveying the petitioner's land and for issuance of separate patta and pass orders, in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the interested parties, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
