JUDGMENT / ORDER

Very little evidence is required to show that a gift deed has been acted upon unless it is onerous and burdensome. The gift deed itself permits the donee to effect mutation of the property which was done. The recitals in the gift deed would at best how that the donor had only retained a life interest in the property gifted. The donor died and the donee executed a will pursuant to which the plaintiff obtained title. The lower appellate court was justified in granting a decree for recovery of possession of the plaint schedule building from the defendants therefore.
There is no question of law much less any substantial question of law in this Regular Second Appeal and is dismissed.
