The petitioner by means of this writ petition has challenged the order dated 27.03.2018, by which the licence and the allotment of the shop was cancelled for non compliance of certain conditions.
Shri Mehul Khare, learned counsel appearing for the respondent Nos. 2 and 3 submits that the licence and allotment of the petitioner has been revived as the necessary dues has been cleared and the conditions of allotment have been complied with.
He also submits that the impugned order of cancellation does not survive at all.
In view of the above facts and circumstances, we are of the opinion that the writ petition has out lived its utility and has become infructuous.
It is, accordingly, dismissed.
