The prayer of the petitioner in this petition is that the respondent no. 3 may be directed to decide the representaiton of the petitoner in accorance with law.
It is submitted by the learend counsel for the petittioner that in the similar matters, this High court has been pleased to pass and order dated 7.6.2010.Copy of the said order is enclosed as Annexure - 3 to the writ petiton.
In view of the above, the writ petiton is disposed of finally with a direction to the respondent no. 2 to decide the representaiton of the petitoner expeditiously in accordance with law by a reasoned and speaking order, preferably within a period of two months from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before him.
It is made clear that this court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case and it will be an independent exercise of the competent authority while deciding the matter.
